• Delivery partners: couriers receive the details needed to deliver your parcel.
• Payment providers: to process your payments securely.
• Service providers: trusted vendors who help us operate the platform (for example, hosting and communications), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Legal reasons: where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of DimeCart, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sellers & WhatsApp product intake

If you are a seller who submits products through our WhatsApp intake service, the messages, photos, and product details you send are used to create and manage your listings on DimeCart. This information is processed for the purpose of operating your seller account.
